Pasaule piemin un godina Braientu dzimšanas dienā
23. augustā dzimis Nacionālās basketbola asociācijas (NBA) leģenda Kobe Braients. Viņš šodien būtu atzīmējis savu 42. dzimšanas dienu. Vairāki basketbolisti un citi zināmi cilvēki atcerās un godina basketbola zvaigzni.
Braients mūžībā aizgāja 26.janvārī 41 gada vecumā, avarējot helikopteram, kurā atradās deviņas personas.
20 gadu spožajā karjerā Braients Losandželosas “Lakers” sastāvā kļuva par pieckārtēju NBA čempionu, divas reizes iegūstot finālsērijas vērtīgākā spēlētāja balvu, kā arī reizi viņš tika atzīts par regulārā čempionāta labāko spēlētāju.
